- Introduction
Clarity and Impact, LLC ("Clarity and Impact," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.clarity-and-impact.com (the "Site"), our coaching services, and our text messaging program.

- Information We Collect 2.1 Information You Provide Contact information — name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number. Service request information — the contents of messages, forms, or requests you send us, including text messages you send to our messaging program number. Coaching information — goals, notes, and other information you choose to share in the course of a coaching engagement. Billing information — handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store full payment card or bank account numbers. 2.2 Information Collected Automatically Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8. 2.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited information from service providers who support our operations, such as delivery status from our messaging provider or payment confirmation from our payment processor.
- How We Use Your Information Provide the services — deliver coaching, respond to your requests, and acknowledge requests you send by text. Communicate with you — send automated text replies, answer questions, and provide support. Process payments — generate and transmit invoices through our payment processor. Improve and secure — analyze usage, troubleshoot, and prevent fraud and abuse. Comply with law — meet legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Mobile Information and Text Messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All categories mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
When you send a text message to our published program number, we collect your mobile phone number and the contents of your message in order to process and acknowledge your request. We use this information solely to operate the messaging program described in our Terms of Service.
We share your mobile number with our messaging service provider and, where a payment is due, with our payment processor Authvia so that it can deliver your invoice and payment link by separate text message. These providers are contractually restricted to using the information only to perform services for us. We do not sell, rent, or license your mobile number, and we do not share it with any party for that party's own marketing purposes.
You may opt out of our messaging program at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, messaging delivery, payment processing, scheduling, email, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us. Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud. Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. With your direction — when you ask us to share information with someone else. 6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. Messaging records, including opt-in and opt-out records, are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use confidential.
- Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and understand how the Site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time.
